💰 $70,000 - $74,000 per year
About the role
- Provide clinical services and psychotherapy to patients primarily via telehealth and hybrid appointments
- Utilize psychotherapy modalities (CBT, DBT, MI, etc.) to deliver patient-centered care
- Collaborate cross-departmentally with Operational Support, Psychotherapists, Psychiatry Nurse Practitioners, and Psychiatrists
- Service and maintain 31-33 patient sessions weekly across self-pay, insurance, and Medicare
- Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop curated patient-centered treatment plans
- Provide clinical support, counseling, coaching, and crisis intervention
- Comply with clinical standards and adhere to timely and thorough session note documentation
- Participate in supervision groups, weekly education meetings, trainings, and department/organization meetings
- Optional participation in Psychiatrist-Led Office Hours and Specialty Supervision Groups
- Promote a friendly, collaborative work culture and perform other related duties as assigned
- Work hybrid schedule (1-3 days per week on-site in Boston, remaining remote), coordinate schedule with recruiter/supervisor
Requirements
- LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Work) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC); candidates who are license-eligible and on track for independent licensure may also be considered
- Massachusetts State Licensure required
- NJ, CT, and NY licenses are a plus but not required
- Modality Certifications preferred
- Master's in Social Work or Counseling/related field
- 0-2 years of experience practicing as an LCSW or LMHC
- At least one (1) year of experience practicing Psychotherapy (Practicum experience included)
- Additional Language Fluency is a plus
- Experience or desire to work with Couples is a plus
- Multi-Disciplinary Teamwork experience
- Proficient with utilizing diverse technology platforms and systems (Google Suite, company-wide platforms/software and EHR platforms when applicable)
- Intermediate computer skills and technical aptitude required

- Ability to provide crisis intervention, assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; employer unable to sponsor work visas
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check
