About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the site leader to ensure operational effectiveness of an individual client location under limited supervision
  • Manage inventory returned to the site at the end of motor carrier routes
  • Ensure KPIs are met with proper planning and scheduling of distribution services
  • Follow SOPs for product return and truck check-in process
  • Ensure timely reporting of returns compliance
  • Build a strong rapport with Motor Carriers and clients
  • Communicate daily/shift goals of facility and group(s)
  • Devise, communicate, and implement plans to achieve operational goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required
  • Strong people and operational management skills
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office products (Excel, Teams, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, including conflict resolution
  • Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with routing, scheduling, and checking on delivery status
  • Ability to embrace new technology
