About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee shuttle logistics operations associated with the delivery of customer merchandise
Ensure all deliveries are completed within an established time frame and meet customer expectations
Travel daily to assigned client retail location to ensure compliance with RLX standards and manage relationships with motor carriers and client representatives
Responsible for consistently meeting and exceeding client service goals
Oversee the daily inbound and outbound operations of their location
Interpret and share location KPIs with key stakeholders
Conduct daily onsite store audits to ensure client satisfaction with RLX deliverables
Provide field-driven insights to improve service delivery models and promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and operational excellence

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-2 years of last mile distribution, and/or supply chain operations experience
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and Power BI
Ability to learn new technology/software and processes quickly
Ability to complete work in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Must have reliable transportation to commute to the workplace and attend client meetings as necessary
Must have a current and valid US driver's license
