About the role

  • Oversee shuttle logistics operations associated with the delivery of customer merchandise
  • Ensure all deliveries are completed within an established time frame and meet customer expectations
  • Travel daily to assigned client retail location to ensure compliance with RLX standards and manage relationships with motor carriers and client representatives
  • Responsible for consistently meeting and exceeding client service goals
  • Oversee the daily inbound and outbound operations of their location
  • Interpret and share location KPIs with key stakeholders
  • Conduct daily onsite store audits to ensure client satisfaction with RLX deliverables
  • Provide field-driven insights to improve service delivery models and promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and operational excellence

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of last mile distribution, and/or supply chain operations experience
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and Power BI
  • Ability to learn new technology/software and processes quickly
  • Ability to complete work in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Must have reliable transportation to commute to the workplace and attend client meetings as necessary
  • Must have a current and valid US driver's license
