About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage multiple logistics operations associated with the delivery of customer merchandise
Ensure all deliveries are completed within an established time frame and meet customer expectations
Travel daily between assigned client retail locations
Ensure compliance with RLX standards
Manage relationships with motor carriers and client representatives
Oversee the daily outbound operations of multiple client retail locations
Conduct daily onsite store audits to ensure client satisfaction
Perform other work-related duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study, or equivalent combination of education and experience strongly preferred)
1-2 years of last mile distribution, and/or supply chain operations experience
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and Power BI
Ability to learn new technology/software and processes quickly
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Must have reliable transportation to commute to the workplace and attend client meetings as necessary.
