About the role

  • Manage multiple logistics operations associated with the delivery of customer merchandise
  • Ensure all deliveries are completed within an established time frame and meet customer expectations
  • Travel daily between assigned client retail locations
  • Ensure compliance with RLX standards
  • Manage relationships with motor carriers and client representatives
  • Oversee the daily outbound operations of multiple client retail locations
  • Conduct daily onsite store audits to ensure client satisfaction
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study, or equivalent combination of education and experience strongly preferred)
  • 1-2 years of last mile distribution, and/or supply chain operations experience
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and Power BI
  • Ability to learn new technology/software and processes quickly
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have reliable transportation to commute to the workplace and attend client meetings as necessary.
