About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee shuttle logistics operations associated with the delivery of customer merchandise
Travel daily to assigned client retail location to ensure compliance with RLX standards
Manage relationships with motor carriers and client representatives at sites
Responsible for consistently meeting and exceeding client service goals
Oversee daily inbound and outbound operations of the location, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
Maintain a professional appearance
Leverage routing software for client deliveries scheduling
Manage communication regarding special requests from clients
Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and operational performance
Ensure daily meetings with service providers are conducted consistently
Interpret and share location KPIs with key stakeholders
Partner with motor carriers for compliance and delivery capacity
Conduct daily onsite store audits to ensure client satisfaction
Collaborate with peers on daily functions including work allocation and problem resolution

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-2 years of last mile distribution, and/or supply chain operations experience
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and Power BI
Ability to learn new technology/software and processes quickly
Ability to complete work in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Ability to exhibit a professional demeanor when dealing with conflict
Must have reliable transportation to commute to the workplace and attend client meetings as necessary
Must have a current and valid US driver's license
