About the role

  • Oversee shuttle logistics operations associated with the delivery of customer merchandise
  • Travel daily to assigned client retail location to ensure compliance with RLX standards
  • Manage relationships with motor carriers and client representatives at sites
  • Responsible for consistently meeting and exceeding client service goals
  • Oversee daily inbound and outbound operations of the location, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
  • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Leverage routing software for client deliveries scheduling
  • Manage communication regarding special requests from clients
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and operational performance
  • Ensure daily meetings with service providers are conducted consistently
  • Interpret and share location KPIs with key stakeholders
  • Partner with motor carriers for compliance and delivery capacity
  • Conduct daily onsite store audits to ensure client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with peers on daily functions including work allocation and problem resolution

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of last mile distribution, and/or supply chain operations experience
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and Power BI
  • Ability to learn new technology/software and processes quickly
  • Ability to complete work in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to exhibit a professional demeanor when dealing with conflict
  • Must have reliable transportation to commute to the workplace and attend client meetings as necessary
  • Must have a current and valid US driver's license
