About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the site leader to ensure operational effectiveness of individual client locations
Ensure KPIs are met with proper planning and scheduling of distribution services
Manage inventory returned to the site at the end of motor carrier routes
Spend most of time in the office or warehouse maximizing performance of the site
Adhere to LEAN six sigma principles through warehouse activities
Follow SOPs for product return and truck check-in process
Ensure accuracy for reason codes for each item returned
Ensure timely reporting of returns compliance
Provide support for dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation
Communicate daily/shift goals of facility and groups
Work with and motivate employees to ensure goal achievement

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required
Strong people and operational management skills
Experience utilizing Microsoft Office products (Excel, Teams, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service skills, including conflict resolution
Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
Experience with routing, scheduling, and checking on delivery status
Ability to embrace new technology
