About the role

  • Support the Director, Warehouse Operations
  • Ensure effective operational efforts of an individual client location
  • Participate in development and implementation of location policies and procedures
  • Conduct operational analyses and audits current procedures
  • Improve efficiency of operations and client satisfaction
  • Maximize performance of the warehouse

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Two (2) years or more of warehouse experience required
  • People management experience
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work
  • Strong follow-up, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication in both verbal and written forms
  • Ability to maintain professional relationships
  • Ability to act as a Locations point of contact in the absence of the General Manager
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Exposure to Lean principles and 5S systems.
