Support the Director, Warehouse Operations
Ensure effective operational efforts of an individual client location
Participate in development and implementation of location policies and procedures
Conduct operational analyses and audits current procedures
Improve efficiency of operations and client satisfaction
Maximize performance of the warehouse

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors Degree preferred
Two (2) years or more of warehouse experience required
People management experience
Ability to prioritize and organize work
Strong follow-up, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Effective communication in both verbal and written forms
Ability to maintain professional relationships
Ability to act as a Locations point of contact in the absence of the General Manager
Intermediate computer skills
Exposure to Lean principles and 5S systems.
