About the role

  • Oversee shuttle logistics operations associated with the delivery of customer merchandise
  • Ensure all deliveries are completed within an established time frame and meet customer expectations
  • Travel daily to assigned client retail location to ensure compliance with RLX standards
  • Manage relationships with motor carriers and client representatives at the sites
  • Leverage routing software to ensure that all client deliveries are scheduled and tendered
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and operational performance
  • Conduct daily meetings with service providers and teams to ensure performance rankings are accurate

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of last mile distribution, and/or supply chain operations experience
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and Power BI
  • Ability to learn new technology/software and processes quickly
  • Ability to complete work in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to exhibit a professional demeanor when dealing with conflict
  • Must have reliable transportation to commute to the workplace and attend client meetings as necessary
  • Must have a current and valid US driver's license
