About the role
- Oversee shuttle logistics operations associated with the delivery of customer merchandise
- Ensure all deliveries are completed within an established time frame and meet customer expectations
- Travel daily to assigned client retail location to ensure compliance with RLX standards
- Manage relationships with motor carriers and client representatives at the sites
- Leverage routing software to ensure that all client deliveries are scheduled and tendered
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and operational performance
- Conduct daily meetings with service providers and teams to ensure performance rankings are accurate
Requirements
- 1-2 years of last mile distribution, and/or supply chain operations experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and Power BI
- Ability to learn new technology/software and processes quickly
- Ability to complete work in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to exhibit a professional demeanor when dealing with conflict
- Must have reliable transportation to commute to the workplace and attend client meetings as necessary
- Must have a current and valid US driver's license
