About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee shuttle logistics operations associated with the delivery of customer merchandise
Ensure all deliveries are completed within an established time frame and meet customer expectations
Travel daily to assigned client retail location to ensure compliance with RLX standards
Manage relationships with motor carriers and client representatives at the sites
Leverage routing software to ensure that all client deliveries are scheduled and tendered
Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and operational performance
Conduct daily meetings with service providers and teams to ensure performance rankings are accurate

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-2 years of last mile distribution, and/or supply chain operations experience
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and Power BI
Ability to learn new technology/software and processes quickly
Ability to complete work in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Ability to exhibit a professional demeanor when dealing with conflict
Must have reliable transportation to commute to the workplace and attend client meetings as necessary
Must have a current and valid US driver's license
