About the role
- Own the overall growth marketing strategy for ImPACT Applications, aligning initiatives with business goals and revenue targets
- Develop integrated marketing plans that leverage content, partnerships, and automation to drive lead generation and customer engagement
- Build and manage HubSpot workflows, nurture sequences, and segmentation to engage new leads and automate customer journeys
- Partner with sales and product teams to create messaging and assets that support acquisition and retention
- Use analytics tools (HubSpot, GA4, Salesforce) to monitor performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions
- Ensure CRM data integrity and accurate reporting across HubSpot and Salesforce
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence and fuel business expansion
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital or growth marketing roles, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
- Expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing automation workflows
- Proven ability to launch and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn)
- Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4 and marketing dashboards
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Experience in healthcare, education, or SaaS industries
- Familiarity with Tableau or similar reporting tools
- Background in SEO strategy and conversion rate optimization
- Ability to thrive in small teams and fast-paced environments
