About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Meet with at-risk students to conduct gap analyses and create individualized success plans.
  • Monitor student performance and maintain regular communication with both students and faculty.
  • Provide early identification, intervention, remediation, and evidence-based coaching strategies to improve academic performance and licensure outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Masters Degree, Allied Health Discipline, Education, or related General Education Sciences degree (Required)
  • 3-4 years Faculty experience at the college level with specific experience in tutoring or remediation of at-risk students (Required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with a diverse student body
  • Experience with academic planning software and student success platforms
  • Licensure or certification in teaching, discipline specialty, or general education science Upon Hire (Preferred)
