About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Meet with at-risk students to conduct gap analyses and create individualized success plans.
Monitor student performance and maintain regular communication with both students and faculty.
Provide early identification, intervention, remediation, and evidence-based coaching strategies to improve academic performance and licensure outcomes.
Clarify, document, and develop educational and career plans with students.
Assist students with course registration, degree planning, and navigating program requirements.
Document coaching activities, academic progress, and student interactions thoroughly.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Masters Degree, Allied Health Discipline, Education, or related General Education Sciences degree (Required)
3-4 years Faculty experience at the college level with specific experience in tutoring or remediation of at-risk students (Required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with a diverse student body
Experience with academic planning software and student success platforms
Licensure or certification in teaching, discipline specialty, or general education science Upon Hire (Preferred)
