About the role
- Work on web applications contributing to both backend services and frontend applications to ensure seamless performance and scalability
- Design and implement new APIs and optimize existing systems
- Build and deploy frontend and backend code supporting growth initiatives
- Rapidly prototype ideas into MVPs for testing and validation
- Use analytics tools to gather insights, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with marketing, product, design, and data teams to identify opportunities and run experiments
- Contribute technical expertise and creativity to brainstorm and prioritize growth opportunities
Requirements
- Expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, and Kafka
- Strong knowledge of React.js and modern frontend best practices
- Experience working with AWS services and designing scalable cloud-based solutions
- Experience with real-time data streaming, event-driven architectures, and messaging queues
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure
- Ability to design and implement scalable, modular architectures for long-term maintainability
- Problem-solving mindset, able to break down complex challenges into actionable solutions
