About the role
- Interacting with users by video call, chat, and email.
- Assist with setting up customers for remote recording and offer live troubleshooting.
- Ensure the highest quality customer service, while working in a remote environment.
- Continuously learn and develop one's skill set.
- Work with other teams to deliver the voice of the customer to our product team.
- Work closely with R&D to solve issues fast and efficiently.
- Provide our knowledge team with needed drafts for articles, internal knowledge, and training.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a sound/audio engineer.
- Experience with sound editing and recording equipment (e.g. mixing consoles).
- Working knowledge of recording software (DAW) and hardware (e.g. Pro Tools).
- Based in Mexico.
- Tech-savvy.
- Solution-oriented.
- Enjoys the puzzle of solving open-ended problems.
- Quick learner and loves it.
- Enjoy helping people.
- High level of empathy.
- Native level English - must!
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- High flexibility for schedule changes.
- A minimum of 30 MBPS internet speed when working from home.
- A degree in audio/sound engineering, audio recording program, or theater arts focusing on audio/sound, and or a related field is a plus.
