About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Ironclad implementations.
- Partner with Legal, Procurement, Sales, and IT stakeholders to improve contract lifecycle processes.
- Configure Ironclad workflows, templates, forms, approval processes, and reporting.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for developers.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), defect management, and solution validation.
- Collaborate with technical teams during implementation and integrations.
- Develop process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Support production issues, enhancements, and ongoing platform improvements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Functional Consultant.
- Hands-on experience with Ironclad CLM implementations or administration.
- Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes.
- Experience gathering business requirements and creating functional documentation.
- Knowledge of workflow configuration, templates, forms, and approval processes in Ironclad.
- Experience supporting integrations with enterprise applications.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Legal Operations, Procurement, or Contract Management is preferred.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, DocuSign, Workday, SAP, or other enterprise applications is a plus.
- Experience with process mapping and business process improvement initiatives is a plus.
- Prior experience in enterprise SaaS implementations is a plus.
