About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in end-to-end implementation of HighRadius Receivables Cloud applications across all project phases: Design, Build, Testing, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare
  • Support requirement gathering, documentation, and mapping of business processes
  • Perform hands-on configuration of functional components as per client requirements
  • Collaborate with senior consultants, product teams, technical teams, and QA for smooth project execution
  • Conduct testing, validate configurations, and assist in issue tracking and resolution
  • Prepare training materials and support client onboarding and user training activities
  • Maintain implementation documentation, issue logs, and status reports
  • Understand client business functions and communicate insights to internal teams
  • Contribute to enhancement of methodologies and tools for continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-6 years of experience in implementation, functional analysis, or SaaS-related roles
  • Basic knowledge of O2C processes and business requirement mapping
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
  • Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
  • Preferred: Certifications in HighRadius modules (Cash Application, Collections, EIPP)
  • Education: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/MBA/PGDM
