Senior Associate, Business Performance Improvement – Finance Transformation
RiveronSenior Associate in business performance improvement at Riveron. Advising clients on finance transformation and operational optimization with a focus on consulting and client relationship management.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Use general business and financial acumen to advise clients and develop solutions to a variety of problems related to people, process, and technology optimization.
- Partner directly with clients to support their needs and deliver high-quality projects (average project duration: 3-5 months).
- Conduct research and analysis on a variety of financial, supply chain, operations, and accounting issues related to business process optimization.
- Develop reports, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables.
- Collaborate with the project team to manage workstreams and ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field of study
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a consulting/advisory role or corporate FP&A, supply chain, sales, and operations planning, distribution/logistics, or procurement/sourcing
- Experience implementing and/or working in environments that incorporate at least one of the following: Tier 1-3 ERPs, Finance Governance tools, CPM technologies, Supply Chain Management applications, or Data Visualization & Analysis solutions
- Experience with procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, or record-to-report processes
- Passion for developing and maintaining client relationships
- Effective communication to a variety of audiences
- Ability to thrive in an ever-changing, dynamic work environment
- Problem identification and solution-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated analytical rigor and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to participate in internal and external company initiatives such as community service, training, recruiting, and firm events
- Ability and desire to travel as required based on the client's location.
