About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with strategy team members to develop effective NetSuite solutions
  • Effectively configure and customize client NetSuite environments
  • Work directly with Solution Manager and Strategy team members to develop business requirements
  • Participate in workshops to define implementation strategy
  • Apply best practices while building custom scripted solutions
  • Conduct internal testing to validate custom designed solutions
  • Attend pre-sales meetings with prospective clients
  • Provide general customer service and assistance to clients
  • Train end-users on specific processes and application

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS)
  • 3-5 years of NetSuite implementation or optimization experience
  • Previous experience and ability to gather business requirements and effectively implement an ERP, CRM, & PSA solution
  • Consulting experience in other business applications including QuickBooks, Intacct, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, etc. is a plus
  • Software as a Service (SaaS) or Cloud experience is a plus
  • Certified NetSuite ERP Consultant a plus
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Products
  • Ability to develop, grow and sustain client relationships
