About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the senior engagement leader on revenue cycle management advisory mandates
Act as the primary point of contact for client leadership
Lead discovery and diagnostic activities including stakeholder interviews
Translate client mandates into structured project workplans
Manage scope, pace, and client expectations throughout the engagement lifecycle
Present findings, recommendations, and implementation roadmaps to senior client audiences
Oversee and execute project requirements related to coding accuracy and billing compliance
Lead denial management workstreams including root cause analysis
Evaluate payer contract performance and reimbursement adequacy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management
Direct experience managing RCM projects and client relationships across multi-site and/or multi-specialty provider organizations
Deep knowledge of RCM best practices
Solid understanding of billing and reimbursement structures
Experience in RCM systems and workflows
Strong track record of driving cash flow improvements
Certifications from relevant associations such as HFMA or AAPC
