About the role

  • Lead full business development lifecycle for OneStream services, from prospecting to closing multi-million-dollar consulting and implementation engagements
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of net-new opportunities through partnerships with OneStream sellers, targeted client outreach, and expansion within existing relationships
  • Focus primarily on corporate clients ($1B+ revenue) and upper middle-market, PE-backed companies
  • Serve as relationship manager for new engagements and ensure a seamless transition to Riveron’s delivery teams
  • Collaborate with solution architects and practitioners to create tailored proposals, demos, and statements of work
  • Contribute to the go-to-market strategy for Riveron’s OneStream practice, sharing market and client insights
  • Drive revenue growth with support of a dedicated team while shaping and executing your sales approach

Requirements

  • Proven enterprise seller with experience selling OneStream (required)
  • Consistently achieved or exceeded $2M+ annual quotas in consulting and implementation services
  • Deep knowledge of the accounting close, consolidation, planning, and budgeting processes (preferred)
  • Comfortable engaging with CFOs, FP&A leaders, and IT stakeholders; able to bridge finance and technology
  • Relationship-driven with the ability to prospect and convert new opportunities ("hunter")
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; experience delivering demos and representing the firm at events
  • Preferred but not required: experience selling similar platforms (Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC, Anaplan)
