About the role
- Accountable for sales of new and existing products and services.
- Responsible for managing customer relationships to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Develop business plans for products in a specific trade area or species.
- Represent Feed Energy at conferences and other events.
- Collaborate with other team members and leadership to drive business growth.
- Participate in lead generation activities through networking, lead development, and cold calling.
- Monitor competitors and product differentiators.
- Sell consultatively and make recommendations to clients based on their needs.
Requirements
- Experience within the Turkey industry required
- 2-5 years of sales account experience
- BA/BS in Ag related field
- Demonstrate in-depth sales and marketing techniques and financial principles.
- Effective ability to communicate orally or in written form effectively with co-management, internal and external customers.
- Negotiate value added opportunities, strategic planning and execution, sales contracting, negotiating and change management.
