About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work with product management and multiple engineering teams to deliver and maintain new data reporting and analysis capabilities in the product
Learn our customer workflows to design and implement solutions providing insightful data to answer their questions, while providing the best possible user experience over large data sets
Solve complex performance issues where analysis of the situation and/or data first requires an in-depth evaluation
Implement new designs and infrastructure as well as optimize and extend the existing solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Math, or Engineering
2+ years of hands-on development experience, preferably in a Linux environment
Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, multithreading, and distributed systems
Demonstrated experience with high-level programming languages such as C++ or Python
Good understanding of database technologies such as ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, etc
Good communication and organizational skills; able to prioritize work, ask clarifying questions, and work effectively with guidance and feedback
Networking domain knowledge with technologies such as: TCP/UDP, SSL/TLS, SNMP, VoIP, NetFlow, SDN, VPN, tunnels, routing, switching, and NAT (nice to have)
Experience with public cloud offerings such as AWS or Azure (nice to have)
Hands-on experience using GenAI-powered developer tools like Cursor and Copilot as part of day-to-day software development (nice to have)
