About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Generates new, profitable financial relationships, focusing on commercial real estate lending.
  • Provides consistent, high quality service to expand the current business customer base while meeting and/or exceeding sales objectives.
  • Interacts directly with Business Banking and Commercial Real Estate Lending Officers in presenting CRE loan proposals to mortgage banking referral partners and potential Bank customers.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Five years proven and progressive related sales and marketing experience
  • Knowledge of commercial lending practices and lending approval process
  • Ability to meet and/or exceed established sales goals (demonstrated ability to develop new commercial banking relationships preferred)
  • Excellent public relations and sales skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Well-developed decision-making and persuasion skills
  • Ability to build and maintain an average $30 million pipeline
  • Expected annual loan origination volume of $75MM to $100MM per year
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college with a business, economics, finance or related degree or equivalent experience.
