About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the sales team and encourage their growth.
  • Establish targets and track progress regularly.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Managing Director on sales strategy and own the management of the sales process.
  • Create and execute sales strategies to generate revenue across the team.
  • Track KPIs such as sales opportunities, total revenue by consultant, and activity through Salesforce.
  • Manage own accounts and sales territory.
  • Build strong client relationships and seek feedback to improve overall product offerings.
  • Foster collaboration between Rivel Banking Research sales, internal operations, and marketing teams to support consistent improvement of the prospecting and sales process.
  • Travel, when needed, to network, sell and/or present.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years’ experience as a primary salesperson and/or business development representative providing custom solutions
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all internal and external interactions
  • Comfort with communicating with prospective clients
  • Motivated to grow the Rivel Banking Research line of business through collaboration with colleagues and discerning recommendations
  • Alignment with Rivel’s core values
