About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the sales team and encourage their growth.
- Establish targets and track progress regularly.
- Work hand-in-hand with the Managing Director on sales strategy and own the management of the sales process.
- Create and execute sales strategies to generate revenue across the team.
- Track KPIs such as sales opportunities, total revenue by consultant, and activity through Salesforce.
- Manage own accounts and sales territory.
- Build strong client relationships and seek feedback to improve overall product offerings.
- Foster collaboration between Rivel Banking Research sales, internal operations, and marketing teams to support consistent improvement of the prospecting and sales process.
- Travel, when needed, to network, sell and/or present.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3+ years’ experience as a primary salesperson and/or business development representative providing custom solutions
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all internal and external interactions
- Comfort with communicating with prospective clients
- Motivated to grow the Rivel Banking Research line of business through collaboration with colleagues and discerning recommendations
- Alignment with Rivel’s core values
