About the role

  • Develop, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across channels, with a primary focus on Google Analytics, Meta, and Facebook Ads.
  • Leverage research to create customer personas and understand target audience needs, motivations, and behaviors.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in digital marketing, with a focus on digital campaign management.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and Facebook Ads.
  • Ability to design customer journeys and funnels.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
  • Skilled in building and executing digital campaigns with innovative approaches to engage audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling briefs and customer flows.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with teams like content, design, and product
