Key responsibilities & impact

Develop a comprehensive training curriculum using instructional design and adult learning principles
Support the creation and delivery of product, corporate, and technical training.Organize and align resources across teams and departments to develop and maintain training regimens.
Cultivate and maintain relationships across multiple job families and functions, understand the needs of each group, and develop tactics and strategies to support them.
Develop, monitor, maintain, and socialize the effectiveness of training efforts to stakeholders throughout the organization.
Demonstrate subject matter expertise in industry trends, applications, and best practices through regular research and continued education.
Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure that attendees and collaborators are engaged and encouraged to participate in training activities.
Create and maintain client-facing in-app videos to support self-service options

What you’ll need

At least 2 year of experience creating training and development programs
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and any Learning Management System.
Experience developing comprehensive training curriculum using instructional design and adult learning principles
Experience creating video-based training
Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
