Key responsibilities & impact

The Human Resources Generalist is primarily responsible for the oversight of all Human Resources functions for the site.
Ensure that the Human Resources goals and objectives are met.
Reports to the HR Manager.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business or related field.
Two years of Human Resources experience; or six years of equivalent experience may be substituted.
Master’s degree, certification and/or PHR are preferred.
Minimum of two years of human resources experience in employee relations, training and/or employment.
Knowledge of Federal and State employment law, Human Resources policies and practices, and governmental licensing requirements.
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
