About the role
- Provide executive clinical leadership and oversight for all HSPRS services.
- Ensure compliance with HSPRS, ORR, and Rite of Passage policies.
- Oversee clinically complex and high‑acuity cases through comprehensive risk assessment.
- Deliver advanced clinical consultation for high‑risk cases and crisis situations.
- Ensure consistent application of evidence‑based and trauma‑informed practices across all clinical services.
- Monitor quality of care through routine audits and evaluations.
- Collaborate on professional development initiatives for the clinical team.
- Coordinate and manage external vendors and community‑based service providers.
Requirements
- Masters or better. Masters or better in Social Work or related field.
- 5 years: Supervisory
- Strong knowledge of overall company operations and policies and procedures.
- Extensive knowledge of multiple state childcare regulations.
- Must meet the requirements to be an eligible driver.
- Must possess a current State Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years.
- Strong knowledge of overall company operations and policies and procedures.
- 5 years: Child welfare
