About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Translate business goals into a cohesive user experience by reconciling user and business needs, technical capabilities, and interaction design and usability best practices
  • Research and communicate opportunities to enhance product experiences through user research and testing
  • Partner with marketing, product management, and product development to create design architecture, specifications, and product requirements
  • Facilitate brainstorming and working sessions with business stakeholders and execution teams
  • Use design tools to create storyboards, samples, prototypes, and templates for demonstrations and user testing
  • Review proposed product changes and enhancements for alignment with user experience design and satisfaction standards, and suggest improvements
  • Evaluate market and consumer user experience research and update design architecture based on trends and patterns
  • Perform user design research, including aggregating and analyzing primary and secondary research data
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5 years of UX/UI design experience
  • Experience with Figma, Sketch, Invasion, Photoshop, Marvel, and Overflow
  • Ability to translate user research insights into designs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills when interfacing with customers and working with a team
  • Flexible and decisive
  • Ability and experience leading complex projects
  • Ability to define and prioritize problems to be tackled
