About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Translate business goals into a cohesive user experience by reconciling user and business needs, technical capabilities, and interaction design and usability best practices
Research and communicate opportunities to enhance product experiences through user research and testing
Partner with marketing, product management, and product development to create design architecture, specifications, and product requirements
Facilitate brainstorming and working sessions with business stakeholders and execution teams
Use design tools to create storyboards, samples, prototypes, and templates for demonstrations and user testing
Review proposed product changes and enhancements for alignment with user experience design and satisfaction standards, and suggest improvements
Evaluate market and consumer user experience research and update design architecture based on trends and patterns
Perform user design research, including aggregating and analyzing primary and secondary research data
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5 years of UX/UI design experience
Experience with Figma, Sketch, Invasion, Photoshop, Marvel, and Overflow
Ability to translate user research insights into designs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills when interfacing with customers and working with a team
Flexible and decisive
Ability and experience leading complex projects
Ability to define and prioritize problems to be tackled
