About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Use the iInspector application to complete inspections for various equipment and inspection product types
Coordinate and/or perform tasks to prepare equipment for inspection
Create strategic routes to improve efficiency for remote inspections
Select the proper inspection checklist for unique equipment types to ensure content accuracy
Assess equipment condition and provide thorough descriptive information
Process inspection type upgrades or downgrades when warranted by equipment condition
Communicate and resolve equipment identification and readiness issues
Resolve technical concerns related to the iInspector app and inspection content processing
Organize daily tasks to support effective sale processing for multichannel products
Act as lead onsite coordinator for large remote sales
Mentor junior-level inspectors
Support auction day activities as needed
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of experience in a related equipment industry environment
Proficient equipment operator experience
Comprehensive understanding of common and specialized equipment types
Ability to work in a field office and outdoor work environment
Ability to professionally communicate with sales staff and external customers
Ability to use the iInspector application
Ability to prioritize workflow in a team environment
