About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the primary point of contact, building strong partnerships, understanding client objectives, and conducting regular reviews to ensure satisfaction and value realization
  • Drive upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities while proactively managing renewals and executing strategic account plans
  • Oversee onboarding and technical setup, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored data solutions
  • Own and resolve client issues, ensuring timely coordination, clear communication, and proper follow-up
  • Monitor account health, analyze data usage, and provide performance insights and KPI reporting
  • Support renewals, contract updates, and negotiations while ensuring accuracy of commercial terms and invoicing
  • Act as the voice of the customer, contributing to account strategy, product feedback, and customer success initiatives
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluent in English, German, and French
  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, ideally within a data, SaaS, or technology environment
  • Proven experience managing and growing B2B or enterprise accounts
  • Strong understanding of data solutions (e.g., APIs, analytics, cloud delivery)
  • Experience working with CRM systems, Excel, and/or BI dashboards
