Key responsibilities & impact

Identify and purchase salvage on behalf of IAA
Provide competitive bids on salvage to maximize auction profits
Verify correct title documents for sale
Mentor new CSR’s and assist in escalated customer service situations
Perform management duties in absence of Supervisor or Manager
Work with provider management to resolve disputes

Requirements

What you’ll need

0-2 years of experience
Working knowledge of current salvage markets
Excellent verbal and written communications skills while collaborating with cross-functional departments.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must be detail-oriented with all assigned work.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to research with solid problem-solving skills
