Sales Sourcing Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leading the sourcing of new and existing strategic customers by evaluating equipment for consignment, negotiating terms, and executing contracts while building long-term partnerships
- Managing day-to-day relationships with strategic customers, including owning the interaction agenda and ensuring accurate tracking of all communications for full transparency
- Preparing and leading supplier negotiations, including assessing transaction feasibility, revenue potential, and alignment with Ritchie Bros. commercial strategy
- Monitoring and formalizing long-term customer performance by identifying gaps, driving improvement initiatives, and implementing mitigation actions to optimize cost and revenue outcomes
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in trading, brokerage, equipment trading, or a similar deal-driven commercial environment, with a strong track record of closing transactions and delivering revenue
- Strong understanding of asset valuation, market demand, pricing dynamics, and supply/demand drivers
- Proven experience in negotiating and executing high-value or complex deals
- Professional level of English, French and Italian
