About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Proactively prospecting and cold calling new customers
  • Managing existing accounts
  • Selling various multi-channel solutions through prospecting & developing business
  • Understanding customer needs and delivering value by providing customized solutions
  • Attending 4 to 6 auction sales, 1 to 2 days each within the region
  • Travel overnight approximately 5 to 7 days per month

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 to 10 years in a structured outside/field sales role, and a consistent track record of meeting / exceeding quotas
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s record
  • Equipment Industry or Construction Equipment experience is preferred
  • Experience in quota-driven sales required (Industry experience/knowledge highly desirable)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to build and maintain authentic customer relationships
  • Competitive without sacrificing integrity
  • Work primarily from a home office and on the road
