Key responsibilities & impact

Improve performance, efficiency, and scalability across Field Development departments
Analyze and diagnose complex issues
Support the Senior Director in process improvements
Design and manage structured data streams and dashboards
Lead initiatives translating insights into operational improvements
Work independently under limited supervision, closely with department leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
Lean / Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) strongly preferred
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
Experience in process mapping, data modeling, and dashboard design required
Minimum 4-6 years of related experience
