About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a specified Accounts Receivable department
Support other Accounts Receivable departments around the world
Ensure efficient and smooth execution of accounts receivable processes
Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure that collection is within terms and conditions of sale
Proactively investigate and resolve accounts receivable related issues independently and/or in collaboration with sale site managers
Ensure appropriate authorizations are compliant with internal controls and policies
Supervise, train and mentor a team of 2 – 4 administrators with customer facing responsibilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 years' experience in Accounts Receivable's
1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
Customer service experience required.
Effective leadership, proven ability to supervise in a team environment.
Creative problem solving and conflict management skills.
Superior verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills with ability to prioritize in a demanding environment.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience working with ERP systems
