About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide daily assistance with communication between IAA branches and provider.
Monitor SLA compliance and work with operations team to determine cause and appropriate action plan in instances where compliance is not met.
Solution escalations and complaints from providers and help address any areas of concern they may have.
Work with IAA reporting group to provide report framework on data requests from IAA operations or providers.
Review all reporting that is provided to the provider
Help manage relationships between IAA employees and providers
Support CAT operations, as requested

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, or account management in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and translating insights into action.
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
Highly collaborative, with experience working across diverse teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data visualization tools is preferred.
Candidate must show history of tactful and positive dealings with all levels of personnel within an organization, internal and external
Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills essential
Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and adjust schedule to meet multiple deadlines
Willing to operate within a team environment
Able to work independently and be a self-starter
Candidate would ideally have worked or have rental &/or vehicle wholesale background.
Position requires 25-30% travel
