Supporting the International Project Manager, the Business Process Analyst - International is responsible for extracting and analyzing data, documenting end-to-end business processes, and preparing clear, actionable reports.
The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, process alignment, and effective communication in support of international project initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 3-5 years Business Analyst and/or Project Management experience.
Excellent core business analyst / fundamental project management skills.
Ability to gather, organize and assess data.
Ability to manage multiple assignments with competing priorities by continuously re-evaluating project statuses, identifying issues and risks, suggesting ways to mitigate them and escalating when necessary.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience working with development/support teams.
Experience with Salesforce platform and products is preferred
