About the role
- Lead UX and UI design for core product features — from concept to launch.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define problems and scope.
- Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
- Conduct user interviews, feedback sessions, and usability testing.
- Maintain and evolve a consistent design system and component library.
- Ensure accessibility, usability, and aesthetic polish across all touchpoints.

Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience designing for web or SaaS products.
- Degree in Design, HCI, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking, UX strategy, and visual craft.
- Excellent Figma skills and an understanding of UX research methods.
- A mature design perspective — you think about business context, not just pixels.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote-first setup.
