About the role
- Lead product-related training and enablement initiatives across GTM functions (BD, AE, AM) globally
- Develop and execute enablement strategies aligned with product strategy and business goals
- Translate complex product capabilities and roadmap items into digestible learning experiences
- Create and maintain scalable product training content: playbooks, battle cards, use case libraries, release briefs, demo scripts
- Build and deliver onboarding, bootcamps, live and asynchronous training, certifications, and role-based simulations
- Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, Regional Enablement, Marketing, and Sales Ops to localize and tailor content
- Own product enablement track within GTM onboarding and reinforce sales methodologies through a product lens
- Manage centralized repository of product-related learning materials and ensure version control and accuracy
- Develop assessments, quizzes, and certifications; track enablement impact via engagement and performance metrics
- Own global product enablement initiatives or GTM enablement themes in collaboration with stakeholders
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Product Enablement, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or related Sales roles in a B2B SaaS or technology company
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions and the needs of GTM teams (BD, AE, AM)
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, customer-facing messaging
- Proven experience building scalable training programs and learning content
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with tools such as LMS platforms and sales enablement platforms (e.g., SF, Mindtickle, etc.)
