• Create promotional design materials (banners, landing pages, social media visuals, product ads) that reflect our brand and engage our audiences
• Analyze current visual assets, propose innovative creative approaches, and iterate on design strategy
• Maintain visual consistency and brand integrity across all projects and platforms
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and product teams to align creative output with business goals
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, creative workshops, and team knowledge sharing
• Deliver high-quality design work on time and in accordance with internal standards.
