About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively reach out to VIP clients via phone, email, and chat to maintain active engagement and uncover upsell opportunities
- Build and nurture long-term, personalized relationships with an assigned portfolio of VIP players

Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent Hungarian — excellent written and spoken communication is essential for client-facing work
- Working proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian required for internal communication and reporting
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset
- Experience in iGaming, online casino, or VIP/premium customer management will be a strong plus
