About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor data quality by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across reports and dashboards;
Build, maintain, and optimize automated reports and Tableau dashboards;
Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies across data sources and reporting layers.
Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to clarify requirements, define success criteria, and ensure correct interpretation of metrics;
Monitor product and marketing performance, highlighting trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities;
Analyze traffic efficiency, including ROI, LTV, and conversion, to support data-driven decision-making;
Help transform business questions into clear reporting or analytical solutions;
Improve reporting processes and optimize dashboard performance to enhance efficiency and usability.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in data analytics
Strong hands-on experience in Tableau
Advanced SQL skills (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions
Strong analytical thinking and attention to data accuracy, consistency, and metric logic
Experience in communicating with internal stakeholders: requirements gathering, finding solutions, and presenting results
Ability to work independently and manage tasks from end to end
Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian (written and spoken)
English level: Pre-Intermediate or higher
