About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, execute, and end-to-end manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to achieve core objectives (including lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness).
- Leverage advanced Meta audience tools to build highly targeted and optimized campaigns based on user behavior, demographics, and custom/lookalike interests.
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign metrics (CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, etc.), swiftly adjusting strategies and budgets to hit KPIs and maximize ROI.
- Work closely with our creative team to conceptualize compelling ad visuals and copy that resonate with target audiences and align with campaign goals.
- Oversee, allocate, and manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal spend distribution to unlock maximum returns while staying within budget.
- Prepare regular performance reports, translating raw data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for stakeholders and team members.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience as a Facebook/Instagram Media Buyer (preferably within a performance marketing agency or a fast-paced product environment)
- Deep understanding of key performance metrics (CPA, CPC, CPM, ROAS, Retention)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Full command of Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel, Conversions API, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Ability to analyze creative performance data and translate those data-driven insights into clear, actionable design briefs for the production team.
