About the role
- Analyze marketing and brand performance across key geographies
- Track brand dynamics, campaign effectiveness, and channel contribution
- Collaborate with research agencies: set tasks, ensure research quality, interpret results
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for the team and shareholders
- Build systems for data collection, storage, and visualization (dashboards, BI systems)
- Automate data collection and analysis processes, implement best practices
- Forecasting and scenario modeling: develop “what-if” models to evaluate budget/media mix impact
- Conduct competitive analysis and trend tracking to identify opportunities for brand growth
- Form strategic recommendations: translate analytics into clear insights and actionable plans
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in analytics or marketing intelligence
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets
- Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
- Experience working with research data and understanding brand metrics (awareness, consideration, NPS, equity, etc.)
- Knowledge of modern effectiveness measurement methods: attribution, MMM, incrementality testing
- Experience preparing reports for top management/board level
- Strong system thinking, attention to detail, ability to translate numbers into business meaning
- English level: Upper-Intermediate+
- Nice to have: Experience in entertainment, digital products, or other fast-paced industries
- Nice to have: Knowledge of SQL or Python for advanced analytics
- Nice to have: Experience in building automated reports
