About the role

Develop and execute manual and automated test plans for web and backend systems (desktop project + adaptive mobile).
Design, set up, and maintain the test automation framework (flexible stack – Java, Python, or other suitable technologies).
Ensure product quality across user flows: sign-up, checkout, payments, orders, and booster dashboards.
Define and maintain test documentation in QASE: test cases, bug reports, release checklists.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across web and APIs.
Use Postman and Swagger for API testing.
Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
Identify risks and proactively suggest improvements to QA processes and release pipelines.
Own the QA process end-to-end: from planning to release validation and post-launch monitoring.

4+ years of QA experience, with at least 2+ years in e-commerce, marketplace, or gaming platforms.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing types, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with test automation (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Postman).
Design, set up, and maintain test automation frameworks (Java, Python, or other technologies).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git.
Experience with bug tracking/documentation tools (Asana, Confluence).
Knowledge of PostgreSQL for database validation.
Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.
Solid understanding of payment flows, cart/checkout, and order management systems.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to reproduce complex bugs.
Excellent communication skills in Russian and English, both written and spoken.
Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger).
Experience with QASE test documentation.
Nice-to-have: Experience testing gaming platforms, in-game marketplaces, or boosting services.
Nice-to-have: Background in performance/load testing (JMeter, Locust).
Nice-to-have: Previous startup or high-growth marketplace experience.
