About the role
- Develop and optimize welcome, activation, and reactivation flows to boost engagement and retention.
- Create personalized journeys for different player segments (newcomers, active players, dormant users).
- Manage communications with the active player base via email, SMS, in-app notifications, sliders, and social media.
- Segment users by activity, preferences, turnover, deposits, and engagement level to deliver targeted offers.
- Track and analyze key CRM metrics (OR, CTR, AR, RR, DAU, WAU, MAU) and prepare reports.
- Run A/B tests (send time, subject lines, bonuses, etc.) to optimize results.
- Generate and implement promotional ideas and oversee full campaign lifecycle from concept to post-campaign analysis.
- Work closely with product, design, and content teams to deliver consistent and impactful campaigns.
Requirements
- 1+ year of CRM experience in the gambling / betting industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability, responsibility, and flexibility in a dynamic environment
- Ability to handle high workload and prioritize effectively
- Understanding of casino player behavior and user engagement patterns
