About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute assigned service tasks for a book of business with accuracy and efficiency
Process policy transactions including certificates, endorsements, audits, and invoicing requests
Maintain accurate and up to date documentation within the system of record
Support client deliverables such as proposals, renewal materials, and loss analysis
Perform initial review and quality checks on quotes and policy documents
Contribute to team initiatives, retention efforts, and continuous process improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Entry level to one plus years of experience in a professional or service environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of work
Ability to follow processes and procedures with strong attention to detail
Solid analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain composure under pressure
Insurance license or willingness to obtain as required by the company
