About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the implementation and coordination of student health insurance plans for colleges and universities
Manage a portfolio of new and renewing client implementation projects
Communicate with both internal and external customers and stakeholders
Prepare project documentation, including project updates, meeting notes and agendas
Develop and help manage client relationships and ensure an excellent experience with implementations
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, quality guidelines, and timelines

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years of project management experience, with client-facing experience being highly desirable
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong presentation skills, including the ability to effectively lead meetings
Comfortability working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Attention to detail and ability to work independently with supervision
