Employee Benefits Account Manager
Risk Strategies CompanyMid-Market Account Manager responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring service delivery. Engaging with vendors and stakeholders while driving revenue growth within the portfolio.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage an assigned book of business while building long-term client relationships
- Respond to day-to-day client inquiries, providing analytics and ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Interface with vendors and key internal and external stakeholders
- Develop client deliverables and maintain RSC quality and service standards
- Support Team Leader and/or Account Executive(s), as assigned
- Drive revenue growth and client expansion within portfolio
- Prepare and coordinate compliance documents
- Facilitate client meetings and prepare agendas and materials
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS preferred
- Florida 2-15 Health and Welfare License required
- 2 - 5+ years of health & welfare experience with demonstrated core competencies
- Client-facing experience in the employee benefits industry preferred
- Knowledge of benefits administration, Health Care Reform, industry trends, carrier products, and services
- Ability to work independently and learning to anticipate client and team needs.
