About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage an assigned book of business while building long-term client relationships
  • Respond to day-to-day client inquiries, providing analytics and ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Interface with vendors and key internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop client deliverables and maintain RSC quality and service standards
  • Support Team Leader and/or Account Executive(s), as assigned
  • Drive revenue growth and client expansion within portfolio
  • Prepare and coordinate compliance documents
  • Facilitate client meetings and prepare agendas and materials

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS preferred
  • Florida 2-15 Health and Welfare License required
  • 2 - 5+ years of health & welfare experience with demonstrated core competencies
  • Client-facing experience in the employee benefits industry preferred
  • Knowledge of benefits administration, Health Care Reform, industry trends, carrier products, and services
  • Ability to work independently and learning to anticipate client and team needs.
