Associate Account Manager – Commercial Lines

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support to the Commercial Lines Account Manager and Producer/Account Executive
- Prepare the Renewal Update document
- Assist in obtaining renewal quotes
- Prepare renewal proposals
- Perform renewal process for accounts generating less than $6,000 with guidance
- Update tasks and prepare Accord Change Request
- Process endorsements and incoming mail
- Issue standard Certificates of Insurance and Auto ID Cards
- Keep abreast of industry changes and trends
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum two years related experience and/or training preferred
- Professional designation(s) preferred
