Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for training all clients on BlueOcean portal, proprietary software of orchestrateHR
Build relationships with client administrators
Act as point of contact for questions or urgent issues
Collaborate with internal orchestrateHR teams to address customers’ needs
Constant training on system changes/upgrades
Work closely with the payroll team in India

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma and some college, or 3-5 years of payroll experience
